Order Cut-Off Times
Monday – Friday
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically despatched the same working day.
Weekends & Bank Holidays
Orders placed after 2pm Friday, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
Delivery Coverage
UK Mainland
Standard and next-day delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. We use trusted couriers including Fedex, DPD and Royal Mail to ensure safe, tracked delivery.
Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to remote areas, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges and extended timescales. Exact costs are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through our online store using FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipment weight and delivery address. For other international shipping enquiries, please contact us to discuss options and obtain a quote.
Large & Heavy Items
Servers, storage arrays, and other heavy equipment may be despatched on a pallet via a specialist freight carrier. Pallet deliveries:
- Are delivered kerbside - the carrier is not obligated to bring items inside
- Require someone to be present at the delivery address to sign and accept
- Will be quoted individually at checkout based on weight and destination
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is despatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Most of our courier partners provide SMS and email notifications with delivery time windows.
If you haven't received a despatch notification within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged in Transit
All orders are carefully packaged to minimise transit damage. If your item arrives visibly damaged:
- Note the damage on the courier's delivery sheet before signing
- Take photographs of the packaging and item immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
We will arrange collection and either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
