Returns Policy
Straightforward, fair returns. No unnecessary hassle.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is raised within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is in the same condition as received — not installed into a live system, no new physical damage
- All original accessories, cables, and documentation are returned
- The item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
How to Return an Item

Contact Us First Email [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Package Securely Use the original packaging where possible. We recommend double-boxing heavy server equipment. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Send Your Return Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Inspection & Refund Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Standard Returns
Full product refund. Original outbound postage is non-refundable. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Full refund including original postage. We will arrange and cover the cost of return collection.
Faulty or Dead-on-Arrival Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange:
- A free collection from your premises
- A replacement unit (subject to availability) or a full refund including all postage costs
- Priority handling — we aim to resolve DOA cases within 3 business days
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-configured or built-to-order systems
- Software licences, activation keys, or digital products
- Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of damage caused after delivery
- Items returned without an RMA number
