1. About Us

Compuwyze is a UK-based retailer specialising in enterprise-grade refurbished servers, workstations, and IT components. We are VAT registered and trade under the name Compuwyze.

2. Products

All products sold by Compuwyze are refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each item is professionally tested, inspected, and graded before sale. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time and to limit quantities purchased per customer.

3. Ordering

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. Your order is accepted when we confirm despatch. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline any order.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details when placing an order. We are not liable for orders that fail due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by major debit/credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the website. If an error is found after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to despatch orders placed before our daily cut-off time the same working day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returned items must be in their original condition, securely packaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Warranty

All Compuwyze products are sold with a minimum 12-month back-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers hardware defects arising from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compuwyze's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant goods. We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on compuwyze.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Compuwyze or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our website and placing orders you consent to such processing.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or placing an order after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
